He is a false hope giver, lurer. Works up false stories, afflictions, notions into society to prey on innocent victims. Uses them to his advantage through false leads or entanglements until the life is wasted. He is jealous and gets arrogant through a real person lead which denies and Hayes through denial of all false hope given, thus killing the victim, his aspirations and prosperity. An anti-social element, beware!! Don't give heed or follow any of these celebs, news anchors, politicians or westerns.
