In my 45 years of existence, I've never seen anyone who has not broken down or survived the coming of people! Perfect organism, that's what they are, prehistoric predating modern man, but they behave like us when we are young so that they can lure us into their possession. So, let them in, feed them, then keep fighting with them, keep competing with them, until they wear out, don't get anything and go away on their own. That is the rule you have to live by my child, I'm sorry life is not all the promises and dreams they lure us with, but you have to keep fighting, being born here is still the most important thing in the universe and makes them so very jealous, but you have to live, keep going, remember the things I taught you, your confidence building, light at the end of the tunnel would shine you to safety as they will recede into darkness. Don't worry about them, all generations and eras have their own monsters!
